	Fresh water entire life in Tennessee. Boat is as it was sold, in original condition, with the exception of upgraded electric sanitation device. Lightly used with around 1,200 hours. Solid as a rock like all Commanders that Chris Craft built during this era. It is mechanically solid and cosmetically clean. While not perfect, it is probably the cleanest and well kept original 31 Sedan of it's kind in the United States today.
