	This 27 ft Freshwater sail boat has been lovingly refurbished by the last owner. New elevating motor mount. 2004, Performance double axle trailer altered just for this boat. The NEW tires have cover booties. You can trailer to many lakes and areas. You can live on this as there is a kitchen, with a sink and 2 burner stove [both have new components]. There is also a bathroom with sink and new toilet. Can sleep six people, two in the back, two in the center Queen bed and two in the back area. 150 Genoa on CDI roller furler both new in 2015. Has new lighting, solar cabin fans, recovered or new cushions, Steering wheel [pedestal, pedestal guard, compass, cables], depth and fish finder, radio ship to shore. The Blue color in the pictures are because it is covered with blue tarps. The mast and sails are stored in a safe place but will need to be "stepped" back on the boat and re-rigged. She was in the water at Watkin-Glen Marina in 2018 but dry in 2019. Being sold in as-in condition, in that you need to re-rig the lines and have the mast re-stepped..
