Hull is freshwater rinsed after every use.
Was all around racing champion in 2022 at the Dataw Island Marina, Excellent boat for both cruising & racing.

Sails: Main, 2 genoas (1 Mylar), spinnaker- all in good condition, plus roller furling for headsails.
Motor: 1 year old, lightly used, deep shaft, four stroke 9.9hp Mercury outboard w/electric start. (Purchase price was $2800).
Gauges: Depth indicator,
mast top wind indicator.
Lines: Halyards & sheets all in good condition.
Equipment: Cushions, Fenders, dock lines, 12v marine battery & case, cabin & running lights, fitted for access to shore power, 2 winch handles, porta potty, solar panel to trickle charge battery, movable table for cabin, anchor & rode, mainsail cover, tiller cover and Sunsail edge to Genoa while roller reefed.
