	46' Egg Harbor is in good condition with many updates through out, the salon interior was completely replaced along with the master stateroom. Engine room is clean with 2 Detroit diesels that run great. The 8Kw Onan generator is housed inside a sound shiel and is also in great running condition. Both main batteries were replaced last fall along with the charging system. Bildges are clean with 2 new pumps and float switches. Both heads are converted to freshwater. The 100 gallon water tank can be filled through the city water connection. The bottom was completely stripped and coated with Seahawk barrier coat. Topsides are in great shape with no water leaks. Canvas is all under 3 seasons old and was custom designed to the boat. The hardtop was also added with a custom enclosure.
